Eastenders Weddings feature Zigzag Bunting

We knew the BBC would be screening the episode of Eastenders shot using our bunting sometime this week: what a treat to find that our lovely red and cerise bunting graced not one but two weddings yesterday evening!

First The Queen Vic was decked out with our Bells & Tassels bunting around the bar, and Bespoke Bunting elsewhere for a surprise wedding party

Then the bunting was stolen for Ronnie's wedding at a country house where it looked equally at home:

We are delighted that the Eastenders' team returned for more of our lovely bunting, and even more pleased that this time we know how to capture those screen moments for posterity!

Local Weddings

A lovely sunny and showery day at The Clock Barn in Tufton, Hampshire. This is a gorgeous old barn and the owners have made it into a relaxed and cosy wedding venue. We met lots of interesting people and useful contacts at their Open Day today thank you Helen, we will recommend you most highly!

Edwardian Union Jack Bunting

Our vintage-effect Union Jack Bunting has been working hard of late, most recently at an evening of Edwardian entertainment at Longparish Village Hall to celebrate its centenary. A fun-filled musical evening was had by all, and the bunting helped set a period atmosphere delightfully.

Christmas Bunting

Zigzag Barn is usually too busy to attend fairs, but we have agreed to attend a Christmas Gifts event at Kilver Court in Somerset for our friend Allison. This is a beautiful venue and they have lots of unusual and creative stalls booked, plus you can walk around the gorgeous surroundings. 10am to 4pm Sunday 14th November.

Weddings in Hampshire

We have been invited to attend the wedding Open Day at pretty Clock Barn in Whitchurch, Hampshire this weekend. It is a beautiful location and they invited Zigzag along when they were delighted with the sets of bunting we supplied for the venue. Pop onto the BBC i-Player if you enjoy BBC Scotland's River City: we made some pretty cotton bunting for them earlier in the year and it graces the wedding scene shown this week (about 44 minutes in): also just about visible in the background on their blog photo.
