Edwardian Union Jack Bunting

Our vintage-effect Union Jack Bunting has been working hard of late, most recently at an evening of Edwardian entertainment at Longparish Village Hall to celebrate its centenary. A fun-filled musical evening was had by all, and the bunting helped set a period atmosphere delightfully.

Christmas Bunting

Zigzag Barn is usually too busy to attend fairs, but we have agreed to attend a Christmas Gifts event at Kilver Court in Somerset for our friend Allison. This is a beautiful venue and they have lots of unusual and creative stalls booked, plus you can walk around the gorgeous surroundings. 10am to 4pm Sunday 14th November.

Weddings in Hampshire

We have been invited to attend the wedding Open Day at pretty Clock Barn in Whitchurch, Hampshire this weekend. It is a beautiful location and they invited Zigzag along when they were delighted with the sets of bunting we supplied for the venue. TV's River City Wedding Bunting

Pop onto the BBC i-Player if you enjoy BBC Scotland's River City: we made some pretty cotton bunting for them earlier in the year and it graces the wedding scene shown this week (about 44 minutes in): also just about visible in the background on their blog photo.



OK I know you can't really see it, but the Art Director says "Everyone agreed the bunting looked lovely and will be reused in episodes to come!"

Ice Cream Bunting

Pretty soft pink bunting with cream and white flags adds a touch of romance to this ice-cream parlour image. It even looks pretty furling out from the sewing machine, a real pleasure to sew.

Festival Bunting

The lovely Mark at Higgidy Pies has just sent us a picture of his Bespoke Zigzag Bunting adorning the Higgidy food tent this summer. Very jolly, and the pies look fabulous too, do take a peek at their website for some scrummy delights. Before closing for a relaxing break in Normandy we also sent bunting off to Boutique Babysitting so that children in their care at this summer's festivals could have their own party atmosphere in the cool tipis, and supplied colour-co-ordinated bunting for some beautiful brides.
